Online retailer Play Asia listed Persona 3 Reload for the Nintendo Switch, fueling rumors about its potential release on the platform. Twitter user UntilPersona shared a screenshot of the listing, which included the Switch version along with the confirmed PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions.

Although a Reddit post that has since been deleted claimed that Play Asia’s customer services confirmed the listing was not an error, neither publisher Atlus nor Nintendo has provided any official comments or statements regarding the matter. As a result, the information remains unofficial at this time.

The presence of Persona 3 in the listing strongly implies its release on the Nintendo Switch. However, fans are questioning why Atlus would choose to reveal this information at a later date, possibly during a Nintendo Direct, especially since the recently announced Persona 5 Tactica has already been confirmed for the Switch.

Both Persona 5 Tactica and Persona 3 were initially unveiled during the 2023 Xbox Games Showcase. Persona 5 Tactica is set to launch on November 17 and features the return of the original game’s cast in a strategy-focused RPG format. On the other hand, Persona 3 Reload serves as a direct remake of the original Persona 3 game.
