Euphoria finally reveals season 2 release date in dramatic new trailer
The critically acclaimed series dropped the trailer for its follow-up season on 23 November and it appears to tease fans that everything could be about to change.

“When you’re younger, everything feels so permanent,” Rue says in the preview. “But as you get older, you begin to realise nothing is and everyone you love can drift away.”

The trailer also shows the first appearance of newcomer Dominic Fike, as well as original cast members Sydney Sweeney (Cassie), Alexa Demie (Maddy), Barbie Ferreira (Kat) and Mauda Apatow (Lexi).

It’s been along time coming, but after a year of delays and reshoots, the trailer for Euphoria season two is here and we’re currently wildin’. Dropping the teaser trailer last night, we’re thrown back into the world of Rue Bennett, a drug addict who emerges from rehab still trying to make sense of the world, and her partner in crime Jules who moves into town and shakes up the world.

Alongside Zendaya, who made history at the 2020 Emmys as the youngest person to win lead actress in a drama series, a majority of the cast from season one returns.

As per Variety, these include Schafer, Angus Cloud, Jacob Elordi, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow, Javon Walton, Storm Reid, Austin Abrams and Nika King.

The new season introduces Dominic Fike, Minka Kelly and Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr.

Season two will explore the fallout after Rue (Zendaya) and Jules (Hunter Schafer) broke up in the Season one finale and as Rue goes through a drug relapse.
