DotA Underlords
Dota Underlords is an auto battler game developed and published by Valve Corporation. It is based on the “Auto Chess” mod for Dota 2, which gained popularity in early 2019. Dota Underlords was released as a standalone game in June 2019 and is available on various platforms, including PC, iOS, and Android.
In Dota Underlords, players participate in tactical battles against other players or computer-controlled opponents. The game is played in rounds, and each round consists of two phases: the preparation phase and the combat phase. During the preparation phase, players have a limited amount of time to buy and arrange units on their board, manage their economy, and strategize for the upcoming combat phase. The combat phase is automated, and the units battle automatically based on their stats and abilities.
The goal of Dota Underlords is to build a powerful team of heroes with synergies and abilities that complement each other. Heroes are divided into various alliances, and units from the same alliance provide bonuses when placed together on the board. Players earn gold throughout the game, which they can use to buy new units, upgrade existing ones, or purchase items to enhance their heroes.
As players progress through the game, they can level up their heroes, unlock new alliances, and make strategic decisions to counter their opponents’ strategies. Dota Underlords also features ranked matchmaking, where players can compete against others to climb the ladder and increase their rank.
