Although some of the stars of the 2003 drama chose to date outside the show, others found love on set. When the series first debuted on The WB (later airing on The CW), Sophia Bush began dating costar Chad Michael Murray.

A handful of cast members from the hit CW show One Tree Hill all reunited this weekend at a fundraiser held in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Jana Kramer, Stephen Colletti, Kate Voegele, Shantel VanSanten and Austin Nichols were all in attendance at weekend-long benefit called A Weekend In Tree Hill.

The event — which was hosted by Friend With Benefits Charity Events—was held at the space that housed the show’s TRIC nightclub, and featured both live and virtual performances from some of the cast.

The non-profit organization had last hosted a One Tree Hill centered fundraiser in 2019 to help raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and The Girls Project.

In a similar vein that weekend-long event included a benefit concert, meet and greets, and pictures as well.

Jana (who played Alex) posted an abundance of social media content of the meet-up with captions that nodded to a continuation of certain relationships in the teen drama series.

In one snap she was seen fighting over Colletti (Chase) with Voegel (Mia). ‘And the saga continues. Who do you think chase should have picked,’ she wrote of the love triangle in the show.

On Friday, Nov. 5, Jana Kramer (Alex) and Kate Voegele (Mia) both performed onstage, including together, while former co-stars Antwon Tanner (Skills) emceed and Tyler Hilton (Chris) gave a virtual musical performance.

In the middle of Jana’s set, Shantal Van Santen (Quinn) surprised her former co-star from the side of the stage, prompting the performer to scream with excitement. The two hugged as the audience cheered.

“When we reunite we cry,” Kramer wrote on her Instagram Story. “We always crying.”

Van Santen’s husband and fellow actor Victor Webster captured video of the sweet onstage moment. The actress later shared the clip, writing, “reunited and it feels so good.” She also said, “I love you @kramergirl.”
