Nicole Eggert is single or married? What about the sexual abuse case?

The Jan. 24 episode brings viewers along to Week 3, where the second group date finds Clayton and a few of his women heading to the beach for a romantic lifeguard training session, and who better to help out than former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert.

Is ‘Baywatch’ Star Nicole Eggert Married? She’s Joining ‘The Bachelor’ Season 26

We suspect Nicole is here to help lead the women through a challenging competition, but will she lend a bit of love expertise toward Clayton? Wait, let’s backtrack: Is Nicole Eggert married? If so, who is her husband? Let’s find out!

Who is Nicole Eggert’s husband?

Currently, Nicole is unmarried and single. Though several sources claim Nicole was once married to Justin Herwick, she cleared up the rumors on Twitter in April 2013. Nicole’s tweet via Heavy states, “I was never married to Justin Herwick … Get it right, please!”

Apart from Justin, Nicole seems to have not been married to anyone else; thus, she may never have gotten married in her life. However, she was once engaged to the late Corey Haim in the early ’90s. Over time, Nicole was credited as Corey’s support system and got him through several rough patches with drugs.

Following Corey’s tragic death in March 2010, Nicole spoke with Access Online about her relationship with him and how she was always there for him during difficult times.

“I never watched what [Corey] did but there definitely [were] issues,” Nicole said. “I held his hand when he wasn’t feeling well … I spent a lot of nights in emergency rooms with him. I don’t think that I saved his life, I just think that I was there for him.”

Per Whos Dated Who, the newly 50-year-old has had a total of eight relationships, dating the likes of Eric Etebari, Aaron Paul, Jeremy Jackson, and Mark Wahlberg, the latter of which is a rumored hook up.

Nicole has two daughters: Dilyn and Keegan

Besides being best-known for her role as the girl-next-door Summer Quinn on Baywatch, Nicole is definitely known as a real-life mother. Nicole has two children, both daughters — Dilyn and Keegan.

According to Live Ramp Up, Dilyn was born in 1998 when her mother dated Justin Herwick. Therefore, we can safely assume that Justin is Dilyn’s father. As for Keegan, her father’s identity remains a mystery.

Keegan’s birth shocked the world because Nicole wasn’t linked to anyone at the time, so no one expected the Charles in Charge actress to have another child. But, either way, we can all agree: Keegan is absolutely adorable!

Nicole frequently shares photos of her youngest daughter on her Instagram account, including a series of snapshots of Keegan getting her ears pierced and enjoying the summer sun at the beach (she is just like her mother).

Nicole’s Baywatch ’90s appearance

Nicole is best known for playing Roberta “Summer” Quinn on Baywatch, from 1992 to 1994. She appeared on 44 episodes as a series regular, from Season 3 to 4.

As reported by Insider, she decided to leave as she felt “unhappy” with the way the show was affecting her reputation. Nicole was just 17 years old when she joined the show, having started a life in showbiz from an early age.

She was also a star on its TV movie Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding and not long ago, produced a documentary called Baywatch: The American Dream, released in 2020.

Nicole Eggert Details Alleged Scott Baio Sexual Abuse, Maintaining She Was a Minor

Actress Nicole Eggert, who has accused her former co-star Scott Baio of molesting her when she was a minor, revealed more details of her alleged harassment and abuse during her first television interview on Tuesday morning.

Speaking on “Megyn Kelly Today,” Eggert said Baio began to sexually harass and abuse her on the set of their hit ’80s sitcom “Charles in Charge” when the show started in 1986 and she was 14 years old. Eggert was a minor, and Baio is more than 11 years older than her.

“He started expressing his love for me and talking about marriage and the future,” Eggert said of when she was 14 years old. According to Eggert, the sexual abuse started before her 15th birthday when “we were at his house in his car in his garage, and he reached over and penetrated me with his finger.”

“I was very young. It was shocking,” Eggert recalled. “He was playing not only on my emotions, but my hormones and all of those things.”

Eggert pointed out the imbalanced power dynamic, noting that Baio was the boss, as the star of the show.

Eggert says the abuse continued from the ages of 14 to 17, which is when she and Baio — who, at the time, were often rumored to be a couple — first had sexual intercourse. Eggert admits she was a willing participant, but felt uncomfortable because she was so young.

“My truth is I wasn’t ready to tell my story. For me it was always protecting the show,” Eggert said, defending herself from those who say she was consensually involved with Baio, and has spoken positively about him in previous interviews.

Eggert said the sexual abuse happened “more than 10 times, more like probably once a week.”

“And then on set, there was just a lot of groping, a lot of fondling, a lot of pulling me on his lap, trying to sneak kisses in the back, which other cast members saw,” she added.

What did Baio say?

Baio has insisted that Eggert was 18 years old when they first had sex, and Eggert says she was 17 years old, which would legally make her a minor in the state of California.

“There’s no doubt in my mind,” Eggert said when Kelly asked her if she was in fact a minor when she first had sexual intercourse with Baio, which she said he initiated. “It wasn’t a hold-me-down rape me situation, but I was 17. … I just wasn’t ready to tell my story. … It was upsetting. It wasn’t a good experience at all. … It was at my house in my spare bedroom, he laid down a towel and it happened there.”

Eggert says after she and Baio had sex, his treatment of her noticeably changed. “He didn’t treat me well on set after it happened. He was quite mean to me,” she explained.

Prior to Eggert’s “Megyn Kelly Today” interview, the actress first accused Baio on Twitter, posting, “Ask Scott Baio what happened in his garage at his house when I was a minor. Creep.”

Soon after, Baio defended himself on Facebook Live, saying Eggert’s accusations have damaged his reputation and are impacting his family. He called Eggert’s allegations “lies,” and recalled back to the garage incident — though his side of the story is that Eggert “seduced” him. “If you have a real claim, you go to the real people, not social media, where people like me get beat up,” Baio said in his Facebook Live video.

On “Megyn Kelly Today,” Eggert, seated next to her attorney Lisa Bloom, said she is exploring all legal options and is considering filing a police report.

Eggert’s “Charles in Charge” castmates, Alexander Polinsky and Adam Carl, have supported the actress and have come to her defense, recalling witnessing Baio’s inappropriate behavior on set.

Nicole Eggert on Scott Baio: ‘What kind of person hires a crisis manager? A guilty one’

Scott Baio is intent on clearing his name when it comes to his former “Charles in Charge” co-star Nicole Eggert’s allegations of sexual assault.

Thursday, in a press conference livestreamed on his Facebook page, Baio offered examples from statements provided to the LAPD claiming Eggert was “obsessed” with Baio and displayed behavior that was “borderline stalking.”

“Hopefully with all this information that we have, the fact that the police never talked to me – I’m assuming because of the mountain of evidence that we gave them… (I hope) that its over,” Baio said. “What else can she say? (We have) polygraph evidence, (she) got caught 50 different ways not telling the truth – unless she wants to fabricate something else I didn’t do.”

Prior to the start of the press conference, Baio previewed its content in a release issued to USA TODAY via his rep, Brian Glicklich. “For months, Nicole Eggert’s claims about me have changed over and over, and become less believable every time. We have pointed out her inconsistences (sic) and inaccuracies as they have occurred, but no one has put the puzzle pieces of her behavior together,” the statement read. “In recent weeks, she has even expanded her harassment to include my wife, her foundation, and others around me.

What did Eggert say in her defense?

Eggert said, “What kind of person hires a fixer/crisis manager? A guilty one.” (Glicklich is described as an “expert authority and regular broadcast & print commentator on crisis and strategic communications management” on his website.)
