Here is a guide for completing the Eibern’s Wound crew mission in Lost Ark:

The Eibern’s Wound crew mission requires you to collect 50 Karsotan Spirits by killing Karsotan enemies in Eibern’s Wound.

Eibern’s Wound is a high level region in Rohendel, so you will likely need to be around item level 460-480 to complete this mission. Here are the main steps:

1) Accept the Eibern’s Wound crew mission from the Adventure tab. It will appear as a yellow exclamation point on your map.

2) Travel to Eibern’s Wound via Rethramis. You can take the ships from either Anikka or Yudia.

3) Karsotan enemies will appear as red or orange names on your minimap. They are mostly “Blood” enemies like Blood Manes and Blood Boars.

4) Kill Karsotan enemies to collect Karsotan Spirits. You will see a popup notification whenever you collect one.

5) You need to collect a total of 50 Karsotan Spirits to complete the mission. This may take a while as the spawn rates can be somewhat low.

6) If your gear is adequate for the region, you can try doing chaos and guardian raids as those have higher enemy spawn rates which can speed up your Karsotan Spirit collection.

7) Once you collect all 50 Karsotan Spirits, return to your stronghold and turn in the mission to the adventure tab to claim your rewards.
