Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica and Styx Lead ‘Madden NFL 27′ Soundtrack

This year’s auditory experience shifts toward heavy stadium anthems, assembling tracks from legendary acts such as Metallica (For Whom the Bell Tolls), Styx (Renegade), Mötley Crüe, and Motörhead. The 2002 version of Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne is prominently featured, serving as a tribute after the metal icon’s passing last year. Electronic Arts executive Steve Schnur described the game’s Stadium Mode as a definitive classic rock playlist crafted to mirror the energy of 50,000 fans rocking out together. While heavy metal dominates, the tracklist also incorporates alternative rock, rap, and global hits from artists like Bad Bunny, Nipsey Hussle, and The White Stripes.
