If it doesn\u2019t appear, it\u2019s too old to refund.<\/li>\n<li>Select the problem you\u2019re having and click I\u2019d like to request a refund.<\/li>\n<li>Select how you want to receive the funds from the drop-down.<\/li>\n<li>Fill out and submit the request form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.androidauthority.com\/how-to-return-a-steam-game-990211\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">androidauthority.com<\/a> : Afterwards you\u2019ll receive a confirmation email for your refund request. It can take up to a week for the return to be approved, but it can take up to seven days for the money to appear in your account. For international payment methods, it might be even longer.<\/p>\n<h2><br \/>Steam Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>You can request a <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/steam_refunds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">refund<\/a> for nearly any purchase on Steam\u2014for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn&#8217;t meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought a game by mistake; maybe you played the title for an hour and just didn&#8217;t like it.<\/p>\n<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter. Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within the required return period, and, in the case of games, if the title has been played for less than two hours. There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we\u2019ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we\u2019ll take a look.<\/p>\n<p>You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. You will receive the refund in Steam Wallet funds or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, Steam is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, your Steam Wallet will be credited the full amount. (Some payment methods available through Steam in your country may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.
