Logan Williams’ cause of death has officially been confirmed by the coroner’s office to be an accidental drug overdose.<\/h2>\n

The 16-year-old “Flash” actor died from accidental “unintentional illicit drug toxicity (fentanyl),” according to Canada’s BC coroner service report.<\/p>\n

“Toxicological analysis detected fentanyl in a range where lethal outcomes have been reported. Even small amounts of fentanyl have been shown to be potentially toxic,” the report, which was dated May 10, read.<\/p>\n

Over a year after the 16-year-old actor’s death, the Coroners Service of British Columbia released its report Wednesday, which was obtained by the New York Post. The official cause of death is listed as \u201cunintentional illicit drug toxicity (fentanyl)\u201d and it was classified as \u201caccidental.”<\/p>\n\n\n
