Apex Legends<\/strong> is a Battle Royale<\/strong>. Everyone knows that. You drop in, you try to wipe the other teams, and if you’re the last left standing then you win. But is this all that Apex Legends<\/strong> has to offer? Absolutely not. Limited-Time-Modes<\/strong> are regularly introduced as part of seasonal events, and besides these, we have permanent access to a number of PVP, training and ranked modes, separate from the classic BR. What are all these modes<\/strong>, though? And, how do they work?<\/p>\n

What Modes Can You Play In Apex Legends?<\/h2>\n

Apex Legends Mobile<\/strong> features a few exclusive game modes and gameplay elements that aren\u2019t currently found in the PC and console versions of the game. If you\u2019re wondering what this mobile version has to offer, we\u2019ve got all the info you need right here. Here are all of the game modes in Apex Legends Mobile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apex Legends Mobile<\/strong> actually offers a game mode that many fans have been wondering about since the game\u2019s launch: team deathmatch. It comes in two forms alongside several others that players should be familiar with.<\/p>\n

Training<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Let’s start with the mode you need to play before you can play any other: Training. We won’t need to spend much time here, this is the kind of classic 15-minute tutorial that every Battle Royale game<\/strong> feels it’s necessary to produce. They don’t really go into enough depth to properly prepare you for success, but you learn the basics. In Apex Legends<\/strong>, the tutorial asks you to jump through the usual hoops.<\/p>\n

Firing Range<\/h3>\n

Besides basic training, you always have access to the firing range if you want to test out different weapons<\/strong> or just get some aim-training in before the match.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Battle Royale<\/h3>\n

Okay, now we get to the core mode of Apex Legends: Battle Royale<\/strong>. In Apex Legends, Battle Royale starts with 60 players, and works as usual: as the playable area of the map gets smaller, you have to find loot and use it to wipe each other out – last team standing wins.<\/p>\n

Arena<\/h3>\n

The Arena is Apex Legends<\/strong>‘ round-based PVP mode. It’s very well-thought-out, and plays like CS:GO, Valorant, or Vanguard’s Champion Hill<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Before the start of each round, players will need to spend crafting materials to purchase abilities, weapons, grenades, and healing items. Supplies are not kept between rounds. Crafting materials can be found scattered throughout each map and are granted for winning a round and killing opponents. Some consumables and weapons can also be found in chests and care packages throughout each map.<\/p>\n

The ring is still a force to be reckoned with in Arenas<\/strong>. Players will need to keep an eye on its progress while taking out enemies and conserving resources to emerge as the champions.<\/p>\n

Ranked Battle Royale<\/h3>\n

Ranked Battle Royale<\/strong> is pretty self-explanatory, it uses the same rules as Battle Royale<\/strong>, but you have a rank which goes up or down after each match depending on how well you performed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ranked Arenas<\/h4>\n

Ranked Arenas<\/strong> plays exactly as the normal Arena mode does, but you have a rank which goes up or down depending on your performance. The same ranks apply as in Ranked Battle Royale<\/strong>, but the ELO system is much simpler and less complicated.<\/p>\n
