You\u2019ll then be prompted to another page that explains what you\u2019re getting in the upcoming closed beta.<\/p>\n<h3>Click on the Sign Up<\/h3>\n<p>Scroll down the page to find where you can sign up. You can click on the \u201cOpt-in Now\u201d button to quickly take you below the page. You\u2019ll be able to see the button where you can sign up for the closed beta.<\/p>\n<h3>Login to your Battle.net Account<\/h3>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve clicked on the sign up button, the page will take you to Battle.net where you\u2019ll be asked to login and then provide details of your account. After all that is done, you have officially signed up for the <strong>Overwatch 2<\/strong> closed beta. Now all you need to do is wait for an invite from Blizzard.<\/p>\n<h4>Is the Overwatch 2 PvP Beta free?<\/h4>\n<p>The <strong>Overwatch 2 PvP Beta<\/strong> is free for players who already own a copy of Overwatch. If you have <strong>Overwatch<\/strong> in your library, you can sign up for the <strong>PvP Beta<\/strong> for your chance to participate.<\/p>\n<p>The first closed beta will be PC exclusive, meaning console players will need to wait for upcoming Beta stages to be able to test the game on their favorite platform.<\/p>\n<p>Players who get accepted into the beta will receive an email from Blizzard, and the number of invitees will be based on Blizzard\u2019s testing needs. Perhaps the biggest change is the shift from 6-vs-6 gameplay to 5-vs-5. The game will certainly feel different for most players and the four new maps available during the beta should also add to the fresh feeling.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to new maps, players will be able to test out the new Push mode.
