What is Volume<\/strong>?<\/p>\r\n

Volume is a new stat introduced in Destiny 2 Beyond Light that affects how easily your character is detected by enemies.<\/p>\r\n

How it Works<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

- Higher Volume means enemies can detect you from farther away and more easily.<\/p>\r\n

- Lower Volume means enemies have a harder time detecting you and you need to be closer for them to notice you.<\/p>\r\n

- Volume only affects detection by AI-controlled enemies, not other players.<\/p>\r\n

- Only certain armor pieces and mods affect your Volume.<\/p>\r\n

Volume Affecting Armor<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

- Helmets - Have an intrinsic Volume stat that can be low, medium or high.<\/p>\r\n

- Cloaks (Hunters) - Have an intrinsic Volume stat.<\/p>\r\n

- Chest Armor - Can have mods socketed that lower your Volume.<\/p>\r\n

- Dexterity Mods - Lower your Volume when that ability is equipped.<\/p>\r\n

- Strength Mods - Lower your Volume when that ability is equipped.<\/p>\r\n
