This came along with a trailer that seemed to show his sleeve, and many fans and popular leakers were speculating that fans would see the skin release soon.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the skin, which looks similar to his character in the movies and comes with a full set of cosmetics, Epic announced the <strong>Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup<\/strong> in a tweet. Players will be able to purchase this skin starting on May 26 at 7pm CT, with the full set including a special <strong>Obi-Wan<\/strong> loading screen. Those who don\u2019t want to buy the skin have the option to earn it in the official <strong>Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup<\/strong> that starts on May 22. The winners will get a chance to win the <strong>Obi-Wan Kenobi skin<\/strong> and Desert Essentials Back Bling before the cosmetics hit the <strong>Fortnite Item Shop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The rumors of his presence were true: the<strong> Obi-Wan KenobiTM Outfit<\/strong> will be available in the <strong>Fortnite Item Shop<\/strong> on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 8 PM ET, alongside an <strong>Obi-Wan Back Bling<\/strong>, Pickaxe, Glider, and more!<\/p>\n<p>In addition to this, the Star Wars <strong>mythic weapons<\/strong> \u2014 Lightsabers and E-11 Blaster Rifles \u2014 will be unvaulted. It should be noted that Epic Games has told fans to double-check this timing in their <strong>Fortnite event<\/strong> tabs in case things are scheduled to run slightly differently in their region.<\/p>\n<p>For gamers in the UK, the <strong>Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup<\/strong> will open at around 8am EU Server time and close at 11am EU Server time. And yes, Lightsabers and E-11 Blaster Rifles will return in this Cup.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5>Fortnite Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup Rules<\/h5>\n<p>Players looking to get their hands on the <strong>Obi-Wan Kenobi skin<\/strong> and its other cosmetics early or just straight-up want to experience some competition can do so in the <strong>Fortnite Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup<\/strong>.<br \/>Running as a strictly Duos event, competitors can play up to ten matches within their region&#8217;s three-hour time window. Players will earn points based on a scoring system.
