Epic confirms that the latest Fortnite<\/a> Street Fighter skins<\/strong> to arrive in the popular battle royale game<\/strong> are Blanka and Sakura<\/strong>, following on from last year\u2019s release of Ryu, Chun-Li, Guile, and family-friendly Cammy. Yes, that means Fortnite<\/strong> <\/a>is getting a muscle-bound green monster in ripped shorts and it ain\u2019t Marvel\u2019s Incredible Hulk.<\/p>\n

What are the names of the Street Fighter skins in Fortnite?<\/h2>\n

Capcom and Epic Games have revealed that two more Fortnite<\/a> Street Fighter skins<\/strong> will be coming to Fortnite<\/a>: Cammy and Guile<\/strong>. The game previously added Ryu and Chun-Li as skins<\/strong>, and Fortnite’s official Twitter account teased that more characters would be coming to the game. The two skins will be added to the Item Shop on August 7th at 8 p.m. ET. The characters will feature their traditional looks, but Cammy will have a Tactical variant, while Guile will have a Glistening variant. Guile will be accompanied by the K.O. Back Bling, while Cammy will have the Borealis Backer Back Bling.<\/p>\n

Fortnite<\/strong> fans that don’t want to wait to wait for Cammy will have the opportunity to win the skin early, thanks to the Cammy Cup event<\/strong>. Top performing teams in each region will get the outfit and Back Bling, while any team that receives at least 8 points will get a Round Two loading screen featuring the two Street Fighter characters<\/strong>. Last but not least, players will have the opportunity to grab the Cammy & Guile Gear Bundle<\/strong> in the Shop. This includes a Knuckle Buster Pickaxe for Guile, a Delta Red Bowie Blade Pickaxe for Cammy, and a V-Trigger Vector Glider, which is meant to evoke Guile’s stage from Street Fighter II.<\/p>\n

Hopefully, this collaboration between Capcom and Epic Games will lead to more Street Fighter characters joining Fortnite<\/strong><\/a>! Fighters like Blanka, Vega, and Dhalsim would certainly seem like great options, if the demand is there. For now, we’ll just have to wait and see!<\/p>\n

Sakura<\/strong> is a young fighter who is obsessed with main character Ryu, and has appeared in various SF games since Street Fighter Alpha 2<\/strong>. She is joined by Blanka, an iconic character whose green fur and orange trim has been a part of the franchise pretty much consistently throughout its entire history.<\/p>\n

Street Fighter Skins Return Release Date In The Fortnite Item Shop<\/h3>\n

Both of these Street Fighter character skins<\/strong> and other related cosmetics will be available for purchase from the Fortnite item shop<\/strong> starting Thursday, April 28, at 5 PM ET \/ 9 PM UTC \/ 11 PM BST. Both skins will have two styles and matching cosmetics.<\/p>\n

As of writing this article, Epic Games hasn\u2019t shared the prices for the bundles or the skins. However, based on speculations and previous crossover skins, the bundles might cost 2000 \u2013 2200 V-Bucks and the individual character skins might be priced at 1600 V-Bucks.<\/p>\n

Fortnite Street Fighter Blanka and Sakura Cup<\/strong><\/p>\n

So, make sure to top off your V-Bucks, if you had been eyeing these skins. Apart from the skins, Epic Games has also planned two Blanka and Sakura Cups in Fortnite<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The first will take place on Wednesday April 27th and is an Android only in Zero Build Duos, while the second will take place on April 28th. It will be for all platforms in Battle Royale Duos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The top-performing players in every region will get the Bonus Stage Loading Screen, featuring Blanka and Sakura<\/strong>. Unfortunately, you won\u2019t be able to get the Blanka and Sakura skins<\/strong> for free this time around and will have to spend real-life cash.<\/p>\n
