The Best Games of Blizzard<\/h2>\n

Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Starcraft II<\/strong> was already capturing the hearts of fans before Blizzard<\/strong> started rolling out the expansions but there was something extra special about Heart of the Swarm<\/strong>. In terms of Metascore, Heart of the Swarm actually finds itself at the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to add-ons for Starcraft II. That said, there are some out there that would argue that this particular release helped elevate Starcraft II<\/strong> more than the others, introducing players to an interesting new villain with a decent single-player campaign.<\/p>\n

Diablo III: Reaper Of Souls<\/h3>\n

Diablo III<\/strong> had its fair share of controversy and issues when it first launched to the general public but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a beloved title in its own right. Reaper of Souls marked a new expansion for the title, hoping to give players more content for the middling release. Thankfully, developers knocked it out of the park with the expansion, releasing a title that had no issues, tons of content, and hours of additional fun for dedicated fans.<\/p>\n

There are some that would have liked for the campaign to be a bit longer, but the expansion definitely helped to erase some of the scars left by a less-than-stellar original launch.<\/p>\n

Starcraft<\/h3>\n

This is easily one of the greatest RTS franchises<\/strong> of all time, which goes to show the quality Blizzard<\/strong> is known for. The original Starcraft<\/strong> was released on March 31, 1998, in North America and was an instant classic. The game’s expansion, Starcraft: Brood War<\/strong>, added new features and continued the game’s story.<\/p>\n

Fans were then forced to wait until 2010 to receive a fully-fledged sequel, but we will get into that game in a bit. The original version of Starcraft<\/strong> currently has a 88 percent rating on Metacritic.<\/p>\n

World of Warcraft<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s fair to say that, long before World of Warcraft<\/strong> established ground in the MMO region, the franchise was already benefiting from the winding roots that sank deep into the strategy-based domain. With upwards of 13 million players already filling out the ranks, the newly launched MMORPG wound up finding an immediate following the second it was announced, giving it a well-earned foothold on the market.<\/p>\n

Since 2004, Blizzard has flushed a grand total of eight expansions into World of Warcraft<\/strong>, serving millions of fans a constant flow of content to shovel through. To this day, Azeroth and all its associated regions boasts thousands of quests, dungeons, raids, as well as an abundance of PvP and endgame content. Now, whether World of Warcraft is the best in Blizzard\u2019s<\/strong> books is another question. Either way, you can\u2019t ignore the sheer love that the kingpin packs into it. It\u2019s a credit to those that poured life and soul into forming its creation.<\/p>\n
